How much does the app cost?
The fivesec health app is free to download. A selection of recipes and nutritional information is avalible for free as well. You can choose to subscribe to access all content in the app. A subscription is either $4.99 /month or $39.99 /year.
Is the app avalible for Android?
Yes! We are on Google Play as well. You find the app here.
Is it easy to cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel any time in the App Store or Google Play app on your phone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Our subscriptions are handled by either Apple Inc. or Google. Here is Apple's guide of how to turn a subscription off: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
How do I transfer a subscription to a new device?
Subscriptions are tied to the account you used to purchase the subscription from. This means that subscriptions cannot be transferred from an iOS device to an Android device (or the opposite) because they use different marketplaces (App Store for iOS devices, Google Play for Android). However if you fill out this form we can help you to transfer your subscription between devices. PS. We ONLY help with yearly subscriptions not monthly.
