This is the 5th year (!!) we're doing this challenge, and I hope you’ll love it just as much this time around 💚. This year it's a 4 day meal plan with a meal prep to get us all ready for the week ahead. Challenge is starting January 13.

Make sure to generate a shopping list in the app and go grocery shopping in time to be able to meal prep a day before (January 12). Good luck!
